Booking Process of Telemedical Consultations

Patient books a session

Patients can schedule a session according to needed speciality.

Physicians are notified

After a patient has registered for a session, physicians are notified. Matching is carried out according to availability.

Consultation takes place

Shortly before the scheduled time, each patient and their doctor will receive an email with the session link, and the consultation can then proceed.

Documentation and feedback

We kindly ask patients to complete the feedback form after the consultation session to help us improve the quality of our services.

FAQ. On Telemedicine

We use Cliniko, a clinic management software abiding to all legal requirements in the EU.

We currently offer appointments in the following fields:

  • General Medicine

  • Paediatrics

  • Mental Health

  • Neurology

  • Cardiology

  • Gynaecology

  • Dermatology

Additional specialties will be added soon.

In Syria, most medications are available over the counter at pharmacies (without prescription). While physicians do not issue prescriptions through this platform, they can offer recommendations regarding medication use.

Physicians are not required to request laboratory tests. However, they may recommend appropriate tests, and patients can arrange a follow-up appointment thereafter.
